Bootcamp:
Firm your body and work your way to a healthier heart in the
ultimate cardio-burn and cellulite blitz...combining
resistance training with cardio...the best of both worlds.
We’ll give you something to sweat about!
20-20-20:
The fast track to a fabulous physique...join us in
this one hour fat burning frenzy of traditional 20 minutes
hi/low impact aerobics, 20 minutes of weight training and 20
minutes core/stretching.
Group Cycling:
This class provides a fitness journey for all levels that
takes the training principles of bicycle racing and blends
them with mind and body connection. Providing an aerobic
workout that encourages you to find the champion within. All
levels welcome.
Group Power: A 60
minute barbell program that strengthens all the major
muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with
fantastic music & awesome instructors. With simple, athletic
movements such as squats, lunges, presses & curls, Group
Power is for all ages & fitness levels. Discover results,

Cardio Blast:
Join us for an hour of power with explosive athletic
moves combining plyometrics, boxing & sport conditioning
moves. This class is sure to bring out the athlete in you!
Intro to
Cycling: It’s like riding a bike...join us and learn
the basics of one of the most popular fat burning exercises
around. You’re gonna love it!
Pilates:
This Pilates Mat Class will condition you from the inside
out! Core stabilization, alignment, strength & flexibility
are integrated with mindfulness, fluidity & grace. This
multi-leveled class is taught in a layered format for all
levels!
Step Interval:
Melt away stubborn body fat and strengthen your
heart in this high intensity, low impact step workout that
also includes intervals of resistance training to help tone
and tighten.
Step ‘n Sculpt:
Have you always wanted to try a step class, but felt
a little intimidated? Well, fear not...the answer is here.
Join us in this 1 hour class that specializes in simple
choreography. Intervals of resistance training are also
included to target all muscles. While the steps are simple,
even diehard steppers will get their hearts pumping.
TNT (Tone ‘n
Tighten): This dynamite class will leave no muscle
untouched as we use weights, bands and resistance balls to
blast every body part. Swimsuit ready in no time!
Vinyasa Yoga:
Enjoy getting stronger, more flexible & reduce your stress
levels too. This multi-leveled yoga class is taught in a
layered format for all levels. Get powerful results from
this ancient Eastern discipline.
Yoga Flow:
Hatha based yoga. In this class you will be guided to
use breath in harmony with your body leading to greater
strength, flexibility, range of motion and a more balanced
nervous system. All levels welcome.
Zumba Dance:
Move & get fit while performing low to high intensity
moves to a Latin flavor. Fitness should be fun! Dance, move
& groove to exceptional music.
