Boot Camp - NEW!

We're replacing those old, hard, long and boring exercise classes with a new, energetic, simple, quick and fun workout.  Boot Camp gets amazing results, regardless of your age or fitness history.  Now you can be a part of the hottest trend in fitness and begin transforming your body in record time with Mid-Cape's Boot Camp!

Butts & Guts - NEW!

Lower body training using body bars and step, followed by abs. Great for all levels.

Cardio Drum - NEW!

A high energy class that combines the pulsing drum beats on a stability ball with fun cardio movements.

Cardio Kick - NEW!

A combination of aerobic exercise and martial arts, this total body workout can improve endurance, flexibility, strength and balance.

Core & Abs - NEW!

A half hour class dedicated to strengthening the abdominal muscles and core.

Double Step - NEW!

This step class will use two benches for every member. It's a level two step class. Liven up your step workout with a creative way to step!

Simply Cycle

Join us and learn the basics of one of the most popular fat burning exercises around. This is a great way to do your cardio and build up your endurance.

Group Cycling

This class provides a fitness journey for all levels that takes the training principles of bicycle racing and blends them with mind and body connection. Providing an aerobic workout that encourages you to find the champion within. All levels welcome.

Group Power - Spring 2010 - NEW!

A 60 minute barbell program that strengthens all the major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music & awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses & curls, Group Power is for all ages & fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power at Mid–Cape!

Metabolic Shock - NEW!

This 30-minute workout is rest-based and one of the greatest ways to get and stay fit. The metabolic outcome is made unique and powerful by changing hormones not just burning calories. In this workout, you move and you rest, letting your body guide you.  Unlike other gym classes, there are no fancy steps to remember and no workout is ever the same.  Shocking!

Pilates

This Pilates Mat Class will condition you from the inside out! Core stabilization, alignment, strength & flexibility are integrated with mindfulness, fluidity & grace. This multi-leveled class is taught in a layered format for all levels!

Stretch N Core

Designed to keep every body part limber. A smooth slowing yoga infused stretch class with abs and core work.

Total Body Training

Find that Fit Body within using all types of training: strength, endurance, aerobic, agility, balance, etc. in a Fun & non choreographed class. We’ll give you something to sweat about!

WOW (Women Optimizing Workout) - NEW!

This multi-faceted workout begins with a spine flex warmup, then has a yoga portion, followed by a kickbox/weight component, cooling down with Pilates.

Yoga - NEW!

Try this class to simply unwind or work on general flexibility. This class is based on basic yoga and stretching. It will not leave a muscle untouched.

Yoga Flow

Hatha based yoga. In this class you will be guided to use breath in harmony with your body leading to greater strength, flexibility, range of motion and a more balanced nervous system. All levels welcome.

Stretch-Yoga

Try this class to simply unwind or work on general flexibility. This class is based on basic yoga and stretching. It will not leave a muscle un-touched.

Zumba Dance

Move & get fit while performing low to high intensity moves to a Latin flavor. Fitness should be fun! Dance, move & groove to exceptional music.
