with abs and core work.

TNT (Tone ‘n Tighten): This dynamite class

Vinyasa Yoga: Enjoy getting stronger, more
flexible & reduce your stress levels too. This multi-leveled
yoga class is taught in a layered format for all levels. Get

Yoga Flow: Hatha based yoga. In this class
you will be guided to use breath in harmony with your body
leading to greater strength, flexibility, range of motion
and a more balanced nervous system. All levels welcome.
Stretch-Yoga: Try this class to simply
unwind or work on general flexibility. This class is based
on basic yoga and stretching. It will not leave a muscle
un-touched.
Zumba Dance: Move & get fit while
performing low to high intensity moves to a Latin flavor.
